Refund policy

NARH Return & Replacement Policy

  1. The return policy is applicable only on first-time orders of full-size products (such as 100ml perfumes, 200ml body washes, or 50ml skincare units) — limited to one unit per customer — and must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    If you opt for a replacement, you may choose any product of similar size and category (e.g., fragrance for fragrance, skincare for skincare). No other SKUs will be eligible for replacement beyond these full-size product categories.

  2. Please note that consecutive orders are not eligible for a refund. However, exchanges are allowed for products of similar value, but only for the first two consecutive orders. After this, further orders will not qualify for any exchange or return.

  3. The shipping costs for returns and exchanges of eligible full-size products (as mentioned above) are covered by us.

  4. The product packaging — including the original outer carton box — must be intact for a return to be approved. If the product packaging is missing or damaged (including the outer shipping box), Narh will not be able to process any refund or replacement, and the item will be returned to the customer at their own shipping expense.

  5. In case of product usage beyond permitted limits (e.g., more than 10 sprays in case of perfumes, or significant product depletion in creams/gels), Narh reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests. The decision of Narh shall be final in such matters.

  6. To avoid misuse of this policy, customers found abusing the return/replacement terms will lose eligibility for any future refunds or replacements. Narh reserves the right to cancel or deny any return or replacement request at its sole discretion, especially in cases of repeated or unreasonable claims.

  7. Any product returned must pass our quality check process upon arrival at our warehouse. If eligible, refunds will be initiated within 24 hours of successful quality clearance.

  8. This return/replacement/refund policy is only valid for purchases made on the official Narh website. Orders placed via third-party platforms are not eligible under this policy.

  9. An unboxing video is mandatory in case of damaged or tampered product complaints. Without this, no claims will be entertained.

  10. If you receive a tampered or damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos and the unboxing video, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  11. Orders shipped outside India are not eligible for any return, replacement, or refund.

  12. Prepaid orders cannot be canceled or modified once dispatched. If you wish to cancel a prepaid order before dispatch, the applicable payment gateway charges and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
